Jacquard Mesh Upper

The upper is crafted from a triple-layer jacquard mesh for ultimate breathability and the perfect fit. It allows built-up heat and vapour to escape, whilst allowing fresh air to flow in for a pleasant cooling sensation. An optimised last in the build process ensures the ultimate fit, and a moulded heel cup secures your foot for great stability and confidence. Reflective details on the upper deliver 360-degree reflectivity in low light for improved safety. The upper is finished with ultra-secure oval laces made from recycled materials, ensuring a secure, locked-in fit.

U-Tech Midsole

Featuring True Motion's innovative U-Tech midsole, the Aion 3 is designed for maximum running comfort. The biologically researched and anatomically designed U-Tech technology provides perfect centring, helping reduce the risk of injury by up to 50%. This is done by absorbing shocks effectively when striking down onto tough road surfaces. This, therefore, keeps feet feeling fresh and comfortable across all distances. The midsole features 40% more full-length U-TECH foam than their predecessors for a smooth running feel and maximum comfort, whilst remaining 30% lighter. The comfortable midsole construction provides feet with a trampoline-like running effect, outstanding energy return for optimum running comfort. The new Z-Element ensures optimal energy transfer during running, so you can get more out of your run with less output. A padded insole provides an extra layer of soft underfoot comfort.

High Performance Rubber Outsole

For exceptional levels of grip and traction on varying terrain, the shoes have a newly developed High-Performance Rubber compound and non-slip outsole. This is a grippy compound that keeps you stable underfoot, allowing you to get traction on all types of ground, even wet, soggy terrain.
