Upper:

The AIRmesh upper guarantees excellent breathability, keeping your feet cool and comfortable while offering a secure fit that holds them in place, enhancing overall comfort with a precise structure.

Midsole:

The midsole in this latest version has been completely restructured, designed to deliver the ideal balance of softness, responsiveness, and support for smooth weight transfer with each stride you take. The top layer features ENERZY foam, providing high energy return and ultra-soft cushioning for premium comfort. The bottom layer is crafted from the new Enerzy NXT blend, resulting in responsiveness and exceptional rebound.

Mizuno’s supportive Wave plate is positioned between these two cushioning layers.
