This shoe now incorporates a revised Cloud Element construction and configuration which uses larger Clouds and gives a softer, more forgiving feel. In the rear of the shoe, the Clouds are now made of Zero Gravity foam which feels softer than before with no reduction in stability.
In the forefoot, Helion foam is retained and the Clouds are now connected rather than independent of each other to more evenly spread ground contact forces. This Helion foam continues to deliver a responsive and energetic toe-off.
A polypropylene Speedboard™ sits on top of the Clouds to enhance both responsiveness and stability. A moulded sockliner, designed to conform to the shape of the foot, improves step-in comfort even further.
The 85% recycled upper now has a much softer, more premium feel. The midfoot support panels combined with a dual layer mesh in the forefoot offer improved support and add durability.
Additional padding is included in both the heel and tongue. On’s signature star lacing configuration has been retained to ease pressure across the foot and an external heel counter locks the foot securely in place.
The On Running Cloudflyer 4 delivers stability and control to road runs of any type. The introduction of Zero Gravity foam alongside Helion superfoam and Speedboard™ technology gives a ride which strikes a great balance between lightweight cushioning and propulsion.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
