This latest version of the Wave Inspire is completely new from heel to toe in keeping with the latest running trends, delivering more comfort while you run.

The premium Enerzy foam is super soft and bouncy offering energy return attributes with every step. Mizuno's designers have added two extra millimetres of Enerzy foam into the midsole to make it incredibly soft with a springy feeling. The high level of cushioning makes this an excellent trainer not only for short distances but also for marathons, ultra distances or daily training.

The reconstructed Wave plate is shaped in an anatomical way to follow the shape of your foot. This new anatomical plate gives your foot support, preventing excessive collapsing inwards of the arch, and keeping your body in a natural straight alignment.
