Items purchased from our online store will be dispatched using the Royal Mail 48hr Tracked & Signed service. We aim to process orders within 2 working days, subject to product availability.

Please return your item(s) to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt. However, please contact us by email or telephone before returning items, for confirmation. Our returns policy is at our discretion, as is not to be abused as seen fit by Gloucester Sports. Your item must not have been used, and must be returned in exactly the same condition (including other contents) as it was delivered to you. Shipping costs for the item to be delivered back to us is the responsibility of the customer, and we will not refund the original transport cost.
The provision of goods and services by Gloucester Sports is subject to availability. In cases where goods are unavailable, Gloucester Sports will refund the customer in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.
We accept international orders. Payment must be made online by credit card, and extra shipping charges apply. Please indicate the correct shipping destination on the 'CHECKOUT' page, before making payment via Paypal.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any extra charges or taxes made by your customs services. Additional charges are not normally levied (except for very large orders) - but please be aware that it may be a possibility.
